Walvis Products is based in Wommels (Friesland/The Netherlands). Picking up orders is possible by appointment, so please contact us in advance. We are happy to arrange a time with you so that we can also take the time to serve you well.

Postal and delivery costs:

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany from € 250, -.​ For all other EU countries a fixed amount regardless of order size is charged. An overview of the costs per country can be found below: 

Walvis ships inside the EU only, no exceptions made.

Orders placed in our webshop before 12:00 p.m. are sent on the same working day. Occasionally an item is not in stock and there is a delivery time of a few days. In such a case you will be informed immediately by e-mail.

We ship your orders with the reliable service of PostNL and their partners.

To guarantee the most accurate delivery possible, we ask you to provide a delivery address where someone is present during the day. As far as we are concerned, this may also be your place of work or your neighbours' house, for example.

If you need express delivery services or a different delivery method, please contact us by telephone or e-mail.

Prices & VAT:

All mentioned prices include VAT. Of course, this also applies to the stated shipping costs. As of July 1, 2021 we calculate our prices according to the Union scheme. This means that Walvis Products charges the VAT rate in force in the country where you live and pays the VAT to the tax authorities of your country via the Dutch tax authorities. Depending on the country in which you live, you may therefore be charged a higher or a lower VAT rate than what you were used to. The prices of the products in our webshop are set to 21% VAT by default. Only during the ordering process (when filling in your address details) will the VAT rate of your country appear.

Checkout:

With us, you can choose various payment options when completing your order. You can choose to pay with iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal, Sofortbanking / DIRECTebanking, Belfius, KBC/CBC, Creditcard, ApplePay or afterwards through invoice *. If you choose to pay afterwards through invoice, we reserve the right in some cases to require advance payment from you. If you do not agree with this, you still have the right to cancel your order.

Returns:

Walvis Products fully respects the legislation. In brief, you have a period of 14 days after delivery of your order as legal reflection time to cancel your order (without giving a reason) and a period of 14 days to return the order to us. With us you pay the costs for the return. If you wish, you can use our cancellation form. This is not mandatory, for example, you can also indicate by e-mail that you want to make use of your right to return / your right of withdrawal. International:

Walvis Products ships towards all EU countries. Nevertheless, we are unable to deliver to exceptional areas in the EU territory. These areas are: Aland Islands (Finland), Canary Islands (Spain), French overseas departments and territories, including Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique and Reunion and Mount Athos (Greece).
